Huascarix S.A.C. (hereinafter, «Huascarix») respects your privacy and protects your personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law N° 29733 on Personal Data Protection, its regulations approved by Supreme Decree N° 003-2013-JUS and the directives issued by the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
We collect only the data you voluntarily provide when enrolling in our program: full name, email address and, where applicable, phone number and region. We also collect anonymous technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through the analytical cookies described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose
Personal data is used to: (i) send you the 2026 Practical Guide to Strategic Savings and related informational communications; (ii) coordinate wealth diagnoses and workshops; (iii) produce aggregated statistics about our educational program; (iv) comply with legal and accounting obligations before SUNAT and other Peruvian bodies.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, prior, express and informed consent granted when submitting the form, as well as on the legitimate interest and legal obligations applicable to our financial literacy activity.
5. Retention
Your data will be retained for as long as the educational relationship remains and for the additional periods required by Peruvian tax and accounting rules (minimum 5 years). After that period, data is anonymized or securely deleted.
6. Transfers
Huascarix does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information with technology service providers (email, hosting and analytics) operating under confidentiality agreements and standards equivalent to Peruvian law.
7. Your rights
You may exercise rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights) and revoke your consent at any time. To do so, write to privacidad@huascarix.com attaching a copy of your identification document. You may also file complaints with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data at the Peruvian Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.
8. Security
We implement technical and organizational measures aligned with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or improper disclosure.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will always be available at huascarix.com with its update date.
