These Terms & Conditions govern the use of huascarix.com and the financial literacy services provided by Huascarix S.A.C., a Peruvian company incorporated in 2019, RUC 20612374589, with offices at Av. Javier Prado Este 476, 12th floor, San Isidro, Lima, Peru.
1. Purpose
Huascarix offers content, digital tools and workshops oriented to financial literacy for entrepreneurs, professionals and families in Peru. It does not provide financial intermediation services, does not receive deposits and does not manage third-party funds.
2. Acceptance
Use of the site, enrollment in the program or attendance at our workshops implies full acceptance of these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy in force.
3. Registration and user responsibility
The user agrees to provide truthful, complete and updated information. They are responsible for the proper use of their credentials, where applicable, and for the content shared during workshops.
4. Intellectual property
Texts, guides, trademarks, logos, digital dashboards and audiovisual content published on huascarix.com are owned by Huascarix S.A.C. or its licensors. Any reproduction, public communication or modification requires prior written authorization according to Peruvian Legislative Decree N° 822 on Copyright.
5. Informational nature
Huascarix's educational content does not constitute personalized legal, tax or financial advice, unless expressly stated within a contracted service. Users are responsible for decisions made based on the information received.
6. Third-party links
Huascarix may link to official sites such as SUNAT, SBS, SMV, INDECOPI or the Ministry of Economy and Finance for educational purposes. We are not responsible for the content, availability or policies of third parties.
7. Service suspension
Huascarix reserves the right to temporarily suspend the site for maintenance, updates or force majeure, giving prior notice whenever reasonably possible.
8. Modifications
These Terms may be updated to reflect regulatory or operational changes. The current version will always be published at huascarix.com with its update date.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Peruvian law. Any controversy arising from their interpretation or fulfillment shall be submitted to the judges of the Judicial District of Lima, with the parties expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
